North Country Health Care is seeking a compassionate Family or Internal Medicine Physician dedicated to providing top-quality care to all patients, regardless of their background or circumstances. Compensation and Benefits:
- Attractive total compensation package ranging from 200,000 to 220,000
- Comprehensive benefits package beginning day one, including
- 272 hours of PTO annually (prorated based on start date)
- 80 hours of sick leave annually (prorated)
- With a HPSA score of 18 you may qualify for two loan repayment programs
- Federal Tort and Tail End Maltractice Coverage
- Paid license DEA board certifications
- CME funds and time-off package
- Work life balance through flexible and alternative work schedules

To become a part of our dedicated clinic team, you need the following qualifications:
- MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
- Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
