Job Description Summary
Join our team as the Director of Command Center Operations, where you will spearhead strategic initiatives that enhance our Command Center Software Platform (CCSP) within healthcare systems. This pivotal role combines advanced analytics, AI technologies, product strategy, and operational execution to create meaningful impacts. As a senior leader within our Delivery organization, you will serve as a vital link between Product and Delivery teams, ensuring that innovation aligns with operational realities and is driven by data insights. Ideal candidates will possess expertise in hospital operations, AI or consumer-oriented conversational products, and LLM-based product development, along with a solid record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing executive decision-making.
This position allows for remote work across the continental US, with expectations of weekly travel to customer sites from Monday to Thursday.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Delivery
- Lead and manage Command Center projects from initial scoping to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and strategic goals. Oversee the design and execution of CCSP, simulation, and forecasting frameworks.
- Engage with customers to assess their challenges and configure CCSP with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Translate customer requirements into precise product specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to ensure products meet specifications and are ready for customer implementation.
- Facilitate collaboration across engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution and user adoption.
- Product Ownership
- Craft the product strategy for Command Center and define success metrics for complex challenges in healthcare operations. Leverage customer feedback to fuel product enhancements.
- Drive innovation within the current CCSP by developing user-friendly analytics and piloting new LLM applications.
- Lead beta testing and refine requirements for the next version of the product.
- Establish a structured, clear, and driving roadmap for the Command Center product.
- Steer program delivery for innovative product solutions and enhancements, aligning with business objectives and customer expectations. Define success metrics, pilot evaluation criteria, and feedback loops to assess product readiness and scale.
- Develop analytics frameworks to evaluate program performance, user interaction, and operational outcomes.
- Formulate strategies for migrating to new platforms.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Effectively communicate program results, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership with clarity and impact.
- Mentor and guide delivery teams, fostering a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement. Invest in developing the skills of junior analytics team members.
- Champion best practices in product development, agile methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally with prior ownership of a complex, high-impact product area.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving product, engineering, design, and operations.
- Technical fluency and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering and delivery teams.
- Strong ability to perform user research and data analysis to derive actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Health Sciences, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Willingness to travel globally up to 75%.

For U.S.-based positions only, the pay range for this position is $154,400.00-$231,600.00 Annual. It is uncommon for individuals to be hired at or near the top of the pay range, as compensation decisions depend on the specifics of each case. The offered compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also qualify for performance-based incentives, which could include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
