A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly do:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea beverages according to brand standards
- Deliver exceptional guest service by engaging with guests in a warm, professional manner
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and menu offerings
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the barista station at all times
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and replenishment of supplies
- Comply with hotel policies, HACCP standards, and health & safety regulations
- Support the team during peak service periods and special events
- Previous experience as a Barista in a hotel, café, or restaurant environment is preferred
- Knowledge of espresso machines and coffee preparation techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude with a passion for customer service
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
The hourly pay rate for this role is $16.00. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, and many other benefits to eligible employees.
