SAP EWM Functional Lead
Portland OR - 50%

  • Lead end-to-end SAP EWM solution design and system configuration for inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, and labor management.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand warehouse operations and translate them into functional designs.
  • Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and prepare business process documents (BPML, WRICEF specs, test scripts).
  • Lead EWM integration with MM, SD, TM, QM, PP, and automation systems (RF, scanners, conveyors, ASRS, PLCs).
  • Configure and support:
    • Inbound & outbound processes
    • Slotting & rearrangement
    • Wave & workload planning
    • Warehouse structure (storage types, bins)
    • RF framework
    • Physical inventory
    • Yard management (if applicable)
    • Handling unit management & batch management
  • Oversee testing phases-SIT, UAT-and support cutover, go-live, hypercare.
  • Provide leadership to onshore/offshore teams-assign tasks, review deliverables, and ensure timelines.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces (IDoc, RFC, BAPIs), forms, and dashboards.
  • Ensure alignment with SAP Best Practices, Clean Core principles, and S/4HANA standards.
