As a Roofer with Likar Roofing Company, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on a variety of structures, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities- Install, repair, and replace roofs and roofing systems on various structures.
- Evaluate roofs to determine necessary repairs and service requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations throughout all projects.
- Work with various roofing materials, including shingles, metal, and flat roofing.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of roofing systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, disposing of materials appropriately.
Requirements
- Experience as a roofer preferred.
- Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and best practices.
- Understanding of safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Ability to lift heavy materials.
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
Regular Business Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm. NO Weekends. Overtime paid after 40 hours.
Benefits
Hourly Rate: Negotiable based on experience.
