JOIN OUR TEAM AS APROGRAM THERAPIST-OUTPATIENT (PRN)

The Program Therapist is responsible for:

  • Participating in team treatment meetings to represent the therapeutic needs and goals of assigned patients.
  • Performing psychosocial assessments on assigned geriatric, adult, and adolescent patients.
  • Completes indicated treatment plans using clinical information provided through the multidisciplinary assessment process.
  • Meets with patients to discuss treatment plan goals, definedischarge criteria and plans, completefamily sessions, and assess level of patient risk.
  • Provide daily group therapy to geriatric, adult, and adolescent populations as scheduled.
  • Serves as a liaison between team members and involved social service agencies and ensures a clinically appropriate aftercare plan is in place.
Your Experience MattersWhat we're looking for:
  • Education & Licensure: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field preferred.Licensed to practice in the State of Illinois as a mental health professional is required.
  • Experience:A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; and have strong clinical assessment skills preferred.
  • Additional Skill Requirements: May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.

Compensation:
