As part of our dedicated team, you will ensure and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while coordinating all functions in the unit during your designated shift. Collaborate with management to both direct and evaluate nursing care, serving as a key resource for your team, and embodying our commitment to unparalleled patient experiences and clinical outcomes.
Job Summary and Qualifications- Facilitate efficient admission and discharge processes, ensuring high-quality care.
- Contribute to ongoing assessments of patient care quality in collaboration with the management team.
- Promote teamwork and collaboration to improve patient outcomes and service excellence.
- Engage in service recovery to uphold our patient-first philosophy.
- Implement nursing strategies that enhance employee engagement and patient care.
- Participate in the hiring and training of new staff, recommending and implementing development actions.
- Assist in staff scheduling based on patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
- Support inventory control and management of medical supplies and equipment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Neonate Resuscitation certification.
- STABLE certification required within 18 months of employment.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Associate Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred, to be obtained within 24 months of hire.
- At least 1 year of experience required in the specialty.
