Senior Product Manager, Pentest as a Service

• Lead the strategic development of HackerOne's PTaaS product line, collaborating with Engineering and Design to implement advanced offensive security testing using GenAI and LLM technologies.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Operations to understand customer challenges, promote adoption, and showcase thought leadership regarding PTaaS offerings.
• Act as a subject matter expert for HackerOne's PTaaS offerings, advocating their value through customer interactions, product demonstrations, webinars, and industry events.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to uncover opportunities for innovative, disruptive solutions, positioning HackerOne as a frontrunner in the market.

• Over 10 years of experience in Product Management within fast-growing tech or SaaS companies.
• Demonstrated success in developing products/platforms in high-growth environments, ensuring effective collaboration across R&D and go-to-market functions.
• Experience in leading product development in cloud services or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Exceptional communication skills and a team-focused leadership style to identify challenges, explore potential solutions, and build consensus with stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant application development field (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering).
• MBA degree.
• Experience in AI-driven product development.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and industry trends.
• Direct experience in product management within cybersecurity domains like attack surface management, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and application security.
• Hands-on experience with security research/hacking related to offensive security testing in penetration testing, red teaming, or bug bounty programs, including familiarity with methods, tools, and testing types.
