The Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by following the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and prioritizing guest needs.
- Supervise Team Members in completing Shift Excellence tasks while maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment.
- Ensure food safety, quality standards, and order accuracy are consistently upheld.
- Quickly resolve customer complaints to maintain positive relations.
- Provide regular feedback to the General Manager on Team Member performance.
- Offer constructive and positive feedback to Team Members continuously.
- Actively participate in the training and development of Team Members.
- Handle conflicts effectively, collaborating with the GM for resolution.
- Assist the GM with screening potential Team Member candidates.
- Support Profit & Loss management by adhering to cash control and security protocols, managing inventory, and overseeing labor costs.
- Oversee proper food preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.
- Assist the GM with facility maintenance and consistently follow health and safety guidelines.
Is this you?
- Minimum of 1 year in restaurant or retail settings, with at least 3 months in a supervisory role preferred.
- Strong adherence to cash handling, security, inventory, and labor policies.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Prompt attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and adherence to health and safety practices.
- Advocate for Taco Bell's culture and values.
- Provide supportive feedback to Team Members.
- Execute shift responsibilities efficiently and accurately.
- Champion inclusivity and ensure positive experiences for teammates and customers.
