While previous real estate sales experience is not mandatory, a background in sales is advantageous. Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Qualifications

  • Must hold a real estate license in UTAH to join the TEAM.
  • Preferably 1-3+ years of sales experience (New to the field? We encourage you to apply)
  • Excellent in both written and verbal communication.
  • Eager to learn and focused on growth.
  • Well-organized and prepared.
  • Open to learning scripts and dialogues.
  • Exceptional time management abilities.
  • Recently obtained your license? We welcome your application
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
