Now Hiring: CNA / Home Health Aide / Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable CNA/Home Health Aide to provide assistance with daily living and personal care services in clients’ homes, in accordance with an established care plan.

We are also looking for Caregivers with transfer and Hoyer lift experience.
Companion Caregivers are welcome to apply.

Language Requirement:
• English proficiency is required

Responsibilities

  • Provide healthcare and personal care services in clients’ residences

  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

  • Perform household and light domestic tasks

  • Assist with transfers, mobility, and physical therapy exercises

  • Transport and accompany clients to medical appointments as needed

  • Provide medication reminders and assist with simple prescribed medications

  • Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, etc.) and report changes

  • Maintain accurate care records and document services provided

  • Collect routine specimens as required

  • Provide companionship and emotional support (e.g., conversation, games, memory activities)

  • Educate and support clients and families regarding diet, exercise, and care routines

  • Clock in and out using WellSky or other approved systems to record service hours

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience as a CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal/Companion Caregiver

  • Strong knowledge of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

  • Ability to monitor vital signs and report client status accurately

  • Familiarity with basic nutrition, hygiene, and safety standards

  • Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus)

  • Ability to communicate changes in care needs and follow care plans

  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor

  • Current CPR Certification

  • First Aid Certification (required)

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
