POSITION TITLE: Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator
DURATION: Length of assignment has not been defined yet but will be directly related to staffing needs of the business.
TOP SKILLS:
Bi-lingual (Spanish)
Strong verbal and written Communication Skills (representing company brand)
Recruiting experience
Organization, Multi-Tasking
MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, basic Excel)
Recruiting Coordinator needs to have great communication and organizational skills. Duties include but not limited to:
• Job Postings and Job Boards
• Coordinating and participating in job fairs and other recruitment functions build which candidate pool for interviews
• Scheduling and Conducting interviews
• Helping new hires through onboarding process
• Monitoring the success rate of all your company's recruiting campaigns
• All other duties as assigned
***At least 2 - 3 years experience in recruiting and interviewing. Prefers that the candidates have industry experience in Manufacturing but it is not required.
• Work Schedule & Hours/Days: Mon-Fri. (potentially on a Saturday for a job fair) - 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.
• PPE Required: PPE is required while in the plant (safety glasses and ear plugs are provided by Bridgestone). Steel-toed shoes required in plant and the Recruiting Coordinator would need to be in the plant as determined necessary by HR Manager
• Will there be an interview or hire off the resume only?: Onsite interview with HR Manager
• Level of Education Needed: Associates Degree
• Training Shift and Schedule: Training will be provided by HR Manager
