Our client is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join a thriving primary care practice within a growing, multi-specialty group in Connecticut. You'll play a key role in providing high-quality, office-based care to adult patients in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Job Description:
Compensation : $115000 - $145000 Job ID : 42109

Job Function:

  • Deliver comprehensive primary care services to adult patients (18+), 100% outpatient

  • Collaborate closely with physicians, staff, and management to ensure continuity of care

  • Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic illnesses in an office-based setting

  • Participate in care aligned with PCMH and ACO guidelines

  • Full hospitalist service available - no inpatient responsibility

  • Participate in shared on-call coverage within the primary care group

Job Requirements:

  • CT State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred) but not required.
  • Graduation from accredited PA program or nurse practitioner program.
  • Board Certification required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience.
