Our agents investigate alerts, review customers and transactions, and generate audit-ready narratives so banks and fintechs can move faster with far less manual work.

The founding team has built and sold companies before, with over $300M in collective value creation. We've raised $6.2M in seed funding and are growing from 8 to 15 teammates. We're backed by Diagram Ventures, Mistral Ventures, and Uphonest Capital.

We're still a small team and you'll be our first deployment strategist. You'll lead the deployment of AI agents into highly regulated banking environments, helping banks and fintechs fight financial crime at scale.

We're looking for people of exceptional competence who want to help build the future of AI-driven financial compliance.

What you'll do here

  • Lead agent deployments to our financial services clients.
  • Manage pilots for our new clients (plan, execute, present results).
  • Expand and demo new agents to our current customers.
  • Make lots of decisions quickly.
  • Take risks.

What you bring to the table

  • Track record of translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages (Python, R, SQL).
  • A pragmatic approach to building fast at the early stages of a company.
  • Familiarity and deep interest in the rapidly changing capabilities of LLMs.
  • Interest in discovering what problems our customers face and how we can solve them.
  • A sense of agency and urgency.
