Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as the client representative to ensure that the MEP Systems are being installed in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and other design requirements.
- Walk down the MEP on a daily basis to verify the installation conforms to the design documents.
- Monitor RFIs related to the MEP system and ensure they are being answered by the appropriate party in a timely manner.
- Review submittals for the MEP systems and ensure they are being approved in a timely manner.
- Review the onsite installation to ensure materials being installed meet the submittals that were approved.
- Walk down the MEP Systems and verify they are being installed in the correct location as shown on the 3D models.
- Proactively identify potential clashes in the field and bring them to the attention of the project team.
- Support the processing of pay applications by verifying that the amount claimed on the pay application agrees to what is actually installed in the field.
- Identifying defects on installed material and verifying that it has been rectified properly.
- Taking pictures for reporting purposes.
- Supporting receive and inspection of equipment and skids.
- Documenting and reporting
- Identify design discrepancies or material defects.
- Interpreting drawings and specifications
- Help review Electronic Turnover Packages (ETOPs) from the contractors to ensure all the necessary documentation is being turned over to the client.

- Four-year engineering degree.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience of MEP work at a construction site.
- Experience in reading 3D model software such as Revit or Navisworks
- Ability to read and understand piping drawings, electrical one-line drawings, and P&IDs
- Must be able to start work by middle of August 2025
- Full-Time on-site position.
