Our onsite rehabilitation clinic enhances the quality of life for residents and patients through inpatient and outpatient therapy services.

Position Summary:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to residents while also consulting on health-related concerns within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized nursing care to residents.
- Supervise Nursing Assistants to maintain high-quality care standards.
- Manage the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for residents.
- Communicate changes in resident conditions to physicians or other healthcare professionals.
- Respond rapidly to emergencies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned and comply with policies and procedures.
Position Requirements:
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Licenses/Certifications: Active LPN license for practice in the state of Ohio
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in nursing
Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy when interacting with residents.
