Our Wilmington, DE office is looking for a CAD Operator who embodies this purpose.

What You'll Do:

As a CAD Operator at Bohler, you will:

  • Collaborate with team members to work on challenging land development projects in a fun, fast-paced environment

  • Enhance your technical site design knowledge with more advanced design concepts

  • Draft site plans for some of the most recognizable brand name clients across a wide spectrum of industries

  • Partner with your manager to tailor your career path towards YOUR vision

What You'll Need:

  • The ability to learn quickly, along with strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic

  • A passion for design and creative problem-solving

  • High School Diploma or Certificate/Degree or related education in Computer Drafting/Design

  • Experience in site civil design preferred

  • Practical experience with civil engineering technology (AutoCAD)
