Location: Jackson, MO

Compensation is based on relevant experience, education, specific skills, and geographic location. The expected base rate for this role ranges from $34.06 to $35.20 per hour, with additional overtime compensation and incentives based on deliveries.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

Start Times: 3am - 6am

Starting pay: $34.06 per hour

Main Responsibilities:

  • Safely drive trucks to customers while meeting scheduled delivery times.
  • Unload products carefully using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, placing them in designated customer storage areas.
  • Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain necessary signatures.
  • Handle payments and collections from customers when required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience.
  • Conduct all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing 20 to 80+ lbs repeatedly throughout each shift.
  • Comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions with frequent stops (more than 10 per shift).

Qualifications:

  • Must register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of residence, with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
  • Minimum of six months commercial driving experience OR three months experience in food/beverage delivery.
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission preferred.
  • Proficient in reading and communicating in English, able to understand traffic signs and respond to inquiries.
