About the Job:
As a Shift Leader at Taco Bell, you will be the energetic driving force behind our team, responsible for leading shifts with enthusiasm and dedication to meeting our high standards. Your role will include addressing customer concerns swiftly and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. You will inspire your team by coaching and guiding them to achieve success while partnering with the management in shaping the future of our restaurant. The Day-to-Day:
- Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by executing the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
- Guide Team Members in completing Shift Excellence tasks while maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy at all times.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively to uphold positive customer relations.
- Provide regular feedback to the General Manager on Team Member performance.
- Offer continuous constructive and positive feedback to Team Members.
- Actively engage in training and developing Team Members.
- Handle conflicts constructively and work with the General Manager towards resolution.
- Assist in the screening process for Team Member candidates.
- Contribute to Profit & Loss management by adhering to cash control, security procedures, and managing inventory and labor.
- Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.
- Support facility maintenance and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
Does this sound like you?
- 1 year of restaurant or retail experience with at least 3 months in a shift lead role preferred.
- Familiar with cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Excellent communication, management/leadership, and organizational skills.
- Physical capability to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attendance and punctuality are required.
- Ability to operate a cash register and make change.
- Basic math skills necessary.
- Committed to maintaining customer satisfaction and adhering to health and safety standards.
- Promotes Taco Bell's culture and values effectively.
- Provides constructive feedback to Team Members.
- Accurately and efficiently executes shift duties.
- Encourages a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging.

The pay range for this role is $14-$22/hour, varying based on geographic location and experience.
