The lead will ensure smooth and responsible plans are in place for technology change. Key focus is systems, technology and business processes as well. The primary responsibilities are to develop change management plans around communications, training and coaching. The lead is also responsible for developing strategies in an attempt to reduce risk of business roadblocks. Other task include preparing readiness tests before going live enterprise applications.
