We are looking for Full-Time positions, including day and evening shifts. We also have the incentives to keep you moving, you can earn up-to another $3.00 per hour of pay within your first year of employment if you meet certain requirements

Job overview

In the warehouse you will be completing a variety of tasks from receiving, stocking, picking, and packaging. You will need to adhere to strict timelines, by working at a fast pace with safety and quality at the top of your mind.

Here are the specifics:

  • Ability to move at a fast pace and complete tasks efficiently.
  • High attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Adaptability with scheduling, this is not always an 8 to 5 job.
  • Being able to work as part of a team.
  • Constantly work to improve processes; make suggestions for productivity improvements, and optimize team member workflow, while continuing to meet our customers' needs.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment
  • Frequent pinching, grasping, fine manipulation with fingers.
  • Constant walking and standing.
  • Rare reaching overhead.
  • Frequent bending/reaching, twisting, kneeling, squatting.
  • Depending on the position, you will need to be able to lift up to 25lbs, up to 50lbs, or up to 75lbs and in some positions rarely push/pull up to 100lbs.
  • Work is performed in a temperature controlled warehouse but can get warm in the summer and cool in the winter.
What you'll need to succeed in this position:
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide into all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Must maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency
  • Must follow established Speedway and OSHA safety policies and procedures
Preferred Experience:
  • Highschool Diploma or GED
  • 3 months prior work experience
