Job Summary:

As a Market Vice President at Visual Edge IT, you'll lead and inspire a high-performing sales organization focused on driving growth through new business development, account expansion, and strategic partnerships. This is a leadership role for a dynamic, results-driven professional who thrives on developing talent, executing business strategy, and delivering measurable results. You will play a pivotal role in setting vision, driving execution, and ensuring that your market achieves consistent revenue and profitability growth across Visual Edge IT's portfolio of managed IT services, hardware, and professional solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Branch Managers and Account Executives to achieve market growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Build and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with company objectives and drives expansion across all product and service lines.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, metrics, and accountability frameworks to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
  • Foster a culture of consultative, customer-focused selling that prioritizes long-term partnerships and solution-based outcomes.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends; develop go-to-market strategies to expand Visual Edge IT's footprint.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to ensure accurate projections and effective market resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments-operations, service, marketing, and finance-to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent, ensuring team readiness and scalability for future growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement through coaching, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization.
  • Represent Visual Edge IT's values and brand through community engagement, networking, and executive-level client relationships.
  • Lead with integrity, accountability, and action-championing the IAACT values that define our culture.
Required Skills / Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including at least 5 years managing multi-level sales teams.
  • Proven success leading strategic sales initiatives that drive double-digit growth and market share expansion.
  • Deep understanding of B2B solution selling, including managed IT services, cybersecurity, hardware, and workflow solutions.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and sales analytics.
  • Skilled at building and executing sales plans, managing complex pipelines, and driving accountability at all levels.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce, ConnectWise, and BrightGauge.
  • Exceptional ability to foster client relationships, anticipate market shifts, and adapt strategy accordingly.
  • Demonstrated commitment to developing people, building strong teams, and cultivating a performance-driven culture.

Pay Range: $150,000 - $185,000 per year
