Customer Experience Team Member
Are you a great communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy problem-solving and helping others? If so, you could be the perfect addition to our Customer Experience Team
What You'll Do:
- Deliver outstanding customer service that reflects our core values
- Answer inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Help customers with billing questions, seasonal concerns, scheduling, and more
- Act as a key liaison between customers and our Service Professionals
- Schedule pest, lawn, and termite services with accuracy and care
- Collaborate with Sales Professionals and support sales initiatives
- Participate in collection efforts as needed
- Maintain a consistent presence in the office and attend regular team meetings
- Take on additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask using phones, computers, and related technology
- Reliable, positive attitude and a willingness to grow
