• Deploying and configuring instances in AWS, ensuring best practices and optimal performance.
• Performing system administration tasks such as user management, security configuration, and general maintenance.
• Monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Automating provisioning and configuration, ensuring consistent and efficient deployments.
• Basic Linux scripting and running command line functions.
• Collaborating with teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and document procedures.

• Strong experience in deploying, managing, and optimizing applications in Azure cloud environments, including upgrading, monitoring, cost optimization, and security best practices.
• Proficiency in utilizing ARM Templates to automate provisioning, configuration, and management tasks.
• Experience in managing and optimizing Postgres databases.
• Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution abilities.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Any relevant certifications would be an added advantage.
• Experience with: Atlassian suite; Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Crowd Git Docker Salt or Ansible Splunk DataDog

• 3+ years of experience in deploying instances to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. (AWS Experience is preferred).
• Experience with Networking/DNS, RHEL8/Win10 administration, and Postgres databases.
• Managing and optimizing Postgres databases supporting applications.

• Must pass a background investigation.

Compensation for roles at Synergy varies depending on a wide variety of factors including but not limited to the requirements of the role; education and certifications; knowledge, training, skills and abilities; level of experience; geographic location; and alignment with market data, law, and other business and organizational needs. As required by local law, the posted pay range represents the lowest to the highest pay that Synergy believes in good faith it might pay for this particular job, depending on the circumstances. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $112,000.00 to $165,000.00
