Position: Financial Analyst

Location: Tulsa, OK ONSITE

Salary: up to 95K

SBCS has partnered with a growing organization who is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a passion for analyzing data and providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting, including budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling

- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying trends and providing recommendations for improvement

- Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards for key stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth

- Prepare and present financial presentations to senior leadership and clients

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and financially sound

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis

- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
