Introduction

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IAM-related initiatives within scope, timeline, and budget. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Minimum 7+ Years of experience in Project management
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM, federation, and identity governance
  • Experience with IAM tools such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
  • Proven track record in delivering complex IAM or security projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR)
