Your Role: As a Team Lead for Retail Stocking and Merchandising, you will play a critical role in enhancing in-store shopping experiences. Your responsibilities will include building engaging displays, resetting shelves for product rotation, and managing inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers. Additionally, you will assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new team members. Are you ready to influence the future of shopping?

About You:
- Comfortable engaging with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Able to perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience is preferred.
- Experience in leading and training team members.
- Proficient in using a smartphone or tablet to document work after each shift.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
- A motivated self-starter with a focus on action and results.
- Able to work independently and possess strong team-building abilities.
- Safety-conscious with the ability to perform job duties in a retail environment.
