Job Description

Construction Superintendent - Long Island, NY
  • Manage daily on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain workflow and resolve issues promptly.
  • Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local building codes.
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate documentation, and report to the Project Manager regularly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Superintendent - Long Island, NY should have:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
