As a Technician Trainee, you will:

  • Learn the industry standards through paid practical training and classroom instruction.
  • Become proficient in installing and repairing auto glass and recalibrating automotive safety systems.
  • Provide additional services and safeguard customer needs effectively.
  • Safely utilize a company vehicle and equipment during the workday.
  • Prepare to advance to a certified Technician by applying your knowledge of installation processes, maintaining a positive attitude, and implementing the techniques learned in training.

What we offer:

  • A competitive starting pay of $23.50/hour, paid weekly.
  • An increase to $27.75/hour upon successful completion of training, with annual evaluations to reward outstanding performance.
  • Opportunities for promotion to Senior Technician or Master Technician within your first year, based on performance metrics including efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Comprehensive paid training and access to all necessary tools and resources for success.
  • A $5 bonus for each set of wiper blades added for customer safety.
  • Additional paid time off options through a buy/sell unused time program, allowing up to 16 hours.
  • A robust benefits package valued at over $10k, including a 401(k) plan with company matching, medical coverage, paid time off, holidays, and volunteer days.

What you need to succeed:

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid state-issued driver's license.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and able to stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility in start and end times to accommodate customer requirements during scheduled days.
  • Capability to lift 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; must possess basic reading and writing skills.
