The Seasonal Inventory Control Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the Receiving and Inventory Control operations. As a key player in managing all aspects of inbound and outbound inventory, you'll ensure our sales floor is fully stocked, enhancing the customer experience and helping us achieve our sales objectives. Your responsibilities include assisting with the proper distribution of goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, handling essential documentation, and keeping the stock room organized and tidy.
SEASONAL INVENTORY CONTROL SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote an engaging service culture that fosters lasting relationships with customers.
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Verify that all merchandise deliveries meet company standards and compliance.
- Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, adhering to ticketing and signage guidelines.
- Place EAS tags on products before transferring them to the sales floor following Loss Prevention protocols.
- Input all freight information accurately and promptly into the appropriate systems.
- Efficiently execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets, and markdowns in accordance with company procedures.
- Achieve high productivity targets through effective unit processing.
- Maintain an organized stock room that complies with all company and state regulations.
- Follow all local, federal, and state regulations alongside company policies.
- Complete any additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Exhibit professionalism in communication, collaboration, and teamwork with customers, teammates, corporate associates, and vendors.
