Infusion Clinic Home Health Nurse

Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to work in a Home Health or clinical setting. This position offers competitive pay, benefits, and incentives, as well as one-on-one patient care in-home or clinical settings. Nurses will also receive weekly pay and direct deposit, as well as paid inter-visit travel time and charting time. Flexible schedules and continuing education are also provided.
- Provide in-home or clinical-direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care
- Assess and document patient conditions and report changes as needed
- Administer medication, insulin, and IV/fluids, documenting thoroughly
- Inspect and care for wounds, change dressings, and assist with personal hygiene
- Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
To qualify, candidates must have an Associate or bachelor's degree in Nursing, a current unrestricted license to practice as an RN or LPN, current BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience. Home health or clinic experience is a plus but not required.
