Service Advisor/Writer

We are a local, family-owned Jiffy Lube franchise committed to serving the Pee Dee and Upstate regions of South Carolina since 2002. We operate 5 locations in the Pee Dee (Florence and Lake City) and 10 locations in the Upstate (Greenville, Anderson, Clemson, Easley, Mauldin, Greer, and Moore). We are the only three-time Franchisee of the Year award winner within the Jiffy Lube nationwide network. Bronco Lube LLC is seeking to hire Service Advisor/Writers to continue our legacy as the RIGHT option for automotive maintenance and repair in SC since 2002.

Type of Work Performed:

  • Creating the ultimate customer service experience from arrival at our facility until the completion of service.
  • Reviewing the vehicle inspection report with every customer advising on recommended and optional services.
  • Assisting customers in the decision making process by explaining benefits, costs and product features.
  • Completing sales to include taking payment.
  • You may also assist in the service center with vehicle service when needed.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Sales experience with a passion to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Automotive knowledge will be helpful but not required.
  • Must be able to utilize a Windows 10 computer system to navigate customer information and take payments.
  • Must be willing and able to work outdoors, spending up to 10 hours per day standing/moving around the facility.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License
