Material Handler 2nd Shift

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated Material Handler 2nd Shift to join their dynamic team. As a Material Handler 2nd Shift, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler 2nd Shift

Location: West Chester, OH

Pay Range: $18.50

Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Perform multifunctional duties in a warehouse environment related to picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and put-away of parts.

• Check and maintain incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Operate equipment such as stand-up and reach trucks; experience with reach trucks is a plus.

• Use written orders and RF scanners to accurately fill customer part orders from warehouse bins.

• Group parts according to order pick lists and transport them to packing stations, ensuring proper and accurate counts before packing.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Proficiency in PC-based software programs is a plus but not required.

• Effective communication skills, both written and oral, with a positive attitude.
