A recognized media & entertainment company is seeking a HR Business Partner/HR Generalist to collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Support employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution with a balanced, solutions-focused approach. (this will include answering day-to-day employee and leader questions and issues).
  • Assist in organizational changes and upcoming employee transitions.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and leaders to manage and fill open positions.
  • Collaborate on recruitment strategies, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
  • Partner with legal, outside counsel, employees and leaders on immigration cases.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Prepare and analyze HR related reports (organizational charts, employee reports, etc).
  • Utilize Workday to ensure data accuracy and process workflows.
  • Act as a change agent during organizational transitions, ensuring smooth communication and adoption.

    Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making (Workday preferred).
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with agility and professionalism.
