Position: Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Moorestown, NJ

Pay Rate: $19/hr

Job Description:

  • Seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk (20 hours/week) to process vendor invoices, Visa charges, and assist with daily accounting functions. Responsibilities include data entry, reporting, and supporting office operations as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Record AP invoices and Visa charges in master spreadsheet; send to Italy daily
  • Prepare quarterly rebate and commission submissions
  • Update and distribute temporary labor spreadsheet quarterly\
  • Post and deposit AR checks daily
  • Cross-train with office staff to provide backup support
Shift/Hours:
  • Part Time (20 hrs per week)
Job Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; Italian a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide great service
  • Works independently and completes tasks with minimal guidance
