Senior Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Ideally MN but open to Remote

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
  • Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to understand and document business processes, requirements, and objectives.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications for Salesforce Health Cloud.
Solution Design and Implementation:
  • Create process flows, wireframes, and use cases to communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Assist in configuring Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes to meet business needs.
  • Work with Salesforce administrators and developers to design and implement customized solutions within Salesforce Health Cloud
Project Management and Collaboration:
  • Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery for Salesforce Health Cloud initiatives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.
  • Collaborate with IT, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions
Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Develop test plans, test cases, and conduct testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.
  • Work with end-users to perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Training and Support:
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to facilitate user adoption
Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, Health Cloud features, and industry best practices to continuously improve solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with other Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Community Cloud.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and challenges.
  • Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
