Your Role
  • Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning challenges.
  • Deliver therapy, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, and assistive devices.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Provide counseling and support to patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Document care and outcomes in line with regulatory and clinical standards.
What You Need
  • Arizona Occupational Therapist license.
