Job Summary

The Health Insurance Implementation Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing all steps required to successfully implement new health insurance groups, plans, and client configurations. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams, brokers, and clients to ensure accurate setup, seamless onboarding, and timely delivery of all implementation tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and excels in communication and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute all steps required to successfully implement new health insurance groups, plans, and client configurations.
  • Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, brokers, and clients to ensure accurate setup.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding and timely delivery of all implementation tasks.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in health insurance, employee benefits, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of medical and pharmacy benefit structures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with TPA, PBM, and network arrangements, experience with Jira, Zendesk, or other project management tools.
