GCP Data Engineer

Job Description:
4-8 years of experience in cloud architecture, datasystems design, and various data technology implementations
Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform services (e.g.,BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage), experience with ETL processes, and familiarity with programming languages like Python and SQL are essential
Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of at least one scripting language (e.g., Python) for data manipulation and automation
Design and implement scalable data architecture on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Develop data models, pipelines, and storage solutions Internal Use
Ensure data security, governance, and compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data strategies and optimize performance.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Create scalable and secure data architectures using Google Cloud services to support business needs.
This includes developing and maintaining data processing systems, pipelines, and data lakes.
Integrate various data sources into a unified data warehouse or data lake. This involves using tools like Cloud Dataflow and BigQuery for efficient data processing and storage
Ensure data accessibility and reliability for analytics and decision-making, enabling other teams to leverage data effectively
Knowledge in Infrastructure and application Migrations from on premise to GCP
Hands on experience working on GCP Cloud projects in the areas of data engineering, Business Intelligence or Machine Learning is mandatory.
