The Division of Multispecialty Anesthesiology on Cleveland Clinic's flagship Main Campus is recruiting qualified anesthesiologists with subspecialty career interests in neuroanesthesiology, anesthesia for liver and multivisceral transplantation, anesthesia for head and neck surgery, orthopedic anesthesia, anesthesia for nonoperating room anesthesia (NORA) and acute pain management. We embrace a staff anesthesiologist led care team model with residents, fellows, CRNAs, and nurse practitioners. Based on Cleveland Clinic's flagship main campus, we provide services in eighty anesthetizing locations and serve more than 68,000 patients annually.

The salary range displayed in this job posting reflects the anticipated salary range for new physicians hired into full-time (100% FTE) positions. This range is generally aligned with or below the 50th percentile of nationally recognized compensation benchmarks by specialty. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined in accordance with fair market value, considering factors such as professional experience, clinical expertise, board certification, work history, and FTE. This stated range excludes the value of Cleveland Clinic's comprehensive benefits package, which includes healthcare, dental, vision, retirement, and other offerings.

Minimum salary: $500,000

Maximum salary: $559,500
