In this role, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced equipment at customer sites to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This position requires strong technical ability, professionalism, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform onsite installation, maintenance, and repair of complex systems and equipment
• Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions to reduce downtime
• Conduct preventative maintenance and verify equipment performance
• Document all service activities accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education

• Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to travel regularly
• Valid driver's license

Nice-to-Have Skills, Experience, and Education

• Experience with PV, solar, or inverter systems
