Job Description

Physician Assistant - Mobile Wound Care

Location: Lititz, PA with floating travel to Surrounding Areas including-Lancaster, Berks, Lebanon, and Cumberland Counties

Compensation: $135,000-$140,000 annually plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus

Schedule: Monday-Friday only - No nights, no weekends, no on-call

What You'll Do
  • Deliver direct patient care in skilled nursing and assisted living settings
  • Perform physical exams, patient assessments, and wound evaluations
  • Operate UltraMIST device and utilize wound care-specific documentation software (training provided)
  • Collaborate with physicians and facility staff to ensure continuity of care
  • Order and interpret diagnostics such as blood work, vascular testing, and EKGs
  • Provide patient and family education related to wound care and overall health
  • Recommend and manage treatment plans in partnership with the care team
Ideal Candidate
  • Licensed Physician Assistant in Pennsylvania (Board-eligible candidates not accepted)
  • DEA license and prescriptive authority required
  • At least 1 year of wound care or skilled nursing/post-acute care experience.
  • Strong communication skills, integrity, compassion, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in the field
  • Familiar with HIPAA and OSHA regulations; tech-savvy with mobile EMR use
