Call Center Associate

ABR Employment Services is actively seeking a motivated Customer Care Representative to join our growing clients team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing superior service and support across phone, email, secure message, and in person.Responsibilities include:
- Answering and handling calls professionally.
- Assisting with account inquiries, digital banking troubleshooting, password resets, card questions, and transaction disputes.
- Processing wire transfers in line with policies.
- Monitoring accounts for suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Supporting customer care teammates when needed.
- Promoting products and services while delivering an excellent customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong customer service skills and professional communication.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated with a positive attitude.
- Basic math and computer skills; data entry experience helpful.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Supportive team environment.
