How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Provide exceptional nursing services, ensuring the highest quality of compassionate care for patients and residents.
  • Supervise daily activities of assigned nursing assistants.
  • Adhere to Federal, State, and Local standards, regulations, and guidelines as directed by the Director of Nursing.
  • Ensure compliance with the facility's written policies and procedures by all nursing personnel assigned to you.

What You Need to Make a Difference:

  • Active LPN license in your state of residence.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Proficient technical, assessment, and documentation skills, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
