As the Director of Hospice Operations, you will be the key administrator overseeing all aspects of our home health services. Your responsibilities will include coordinating essential projects to achieve both immediate and long-term objectives of the agency, ensuring the right services are planned and delivered to patients, and upholding our agency’s philosophy while ensuring compliance with relevant state and federal regulations. You will also play a crucial role in enhancing agency profitability, nurturing and retaining a talented staff, and maintaining the quality of care provided to our patients. Acting as a liaison with management and other departments, you will be integral to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and successfully execute assigned projects to support the organization's objectives.
  • Oversee patient eligibility for home care services, ensuring comprehensive care planning and supervision.
  • Implement and maintain administrative practices and policies that comply with applicable regulations.
  • Drive agency profitability while motivating and supporting qualified staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure with a minimum of 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home healthcare or a related field.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance; access to reliable transportation or public transit.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in home care.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • Capable of working independently.
  • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.

The salary range for this position is $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment, with compensation reflective of local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications. Alongside a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, 401k contributions, and equity stock purchase opportunities (subject to eligibility requirements).
