What You'll Do

As an Automotive Service Office Associate, you'll play a key role in helping the Service Manager reach department goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the Vehicle Service Calendar and coordinating customer appointments
  • Greeting customers promptly and maintaining clear communication throughout their visit
  • Monitoring vehicle progress in the shop and providing status updates
  • Keeping work areas and customer waiting areas clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Handling paperwork, ensuring all forms are accurately completed and filed
  • Answering phone calls and assisting customers in person
  • Building strong customer relationships that promote repeat and referral business

What Makes You a Great Fit

To succeed in this role, you bring a combination of technical, organizational, and customer-service skills, including:
  • A basic understanding of accounting principles (debits & credits)
  • Comfort with computers, calculators, and Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Word)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Previous dealership experience is helpful-but not required. We're happy to train the right candidate
  • Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
