Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team for a third shift position. The hours are from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule. This overnight role requires someone who is adept at troubleshooting and repairing PLCs and robotic equipment, as well as working with hydraulic and pneumatically controlled systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and implement repair strategies on PLCs and robotic equipment.

• Work with hydraulic and pneumatically controlled equipment.

• Comfortably handle controls and troubleshoot issues.

• Perform machinery maintenance, troubleshoot potential problems, and work with wires, three-phase motors, switches, and switchboards.

• Handle slitting machinery and other industrial electrical equipment.

• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.

Essential Skills

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair PLCs and robotic equipment.

• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatically controlled systems.

• Proficiency in machine maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.

• Skills in layout, installation, and maintenance of industrial electrical equipment.

• Experience with preventive maintenance strategies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Comfortable working with various control systems.

• Experience with three-phase motors and switchboards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50960.00 - $58240.00/yr.
