Job Title: Traveling Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Traveling Superintendent responsible for planning the execution phase of various projects. The role involves working closely with the operational team to develop comprehensive project plans.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a project plan for the assigned phase of work.

  • Prepare the team to execute projects using defined planning processes.

  • Ensure project execution goals are met for the assigned portion of work.

  • Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the phase of work.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in concrete and commercial construction.

  • 4+ years of experience with a self-performing General Contractor or Concrete Contractor.

  • Self-perform concrete experience is required.

  • Experience with commercial and/or industrial projects.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Columbus, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Full medical, dental, and vision insurance. Willing to pay relocation, get truck allowance, phone allowance. Pay for all travel and lodging.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Columbus,OH.
