In this role, you'll engage with potential customers through door-to-door appointment setting and neighborhood marketing efforts.

In this role, you will:

• Actively promote Marvin Replacement through direct interactions with potential customers and neighborhood marketing initiatives.
• Generate and schedule qualified sales appointments through positive engagements.
• Present and distribute marketing materials effectively.
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and friendly communication style with customers.
• Keep detailed records of interactions, feedback, and leads.
• Work towards achieving targets set in the neighborhood marketing plan.
• Collaborate with fellow Brand Promoters and Supervisors to develop effective marketing strategies.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your promotional skills.

You are a great fit if you:

• Possess excellent communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality.
• Have previous sales, customer service, or appointment setting experience (preferred but not required).
• Are self-motivated and can work independently.
• Have strong attention to detail and always show up on time.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable walking up to 5 miles daily, including hills.
• Available for full-time work.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
