Pay Range: $77.31 - $79.31 per hour
Position Overview
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)for a full-time contract position in Crescent City, CA. This role involves providing behavioral healthcare in a secure clinical environment and offers the potential to transition into a permanent state position with full benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as clinician-of-the-day for patient emergencies during scheduled workdays
- Conduct patient interviews to obtain detailed psychosocial and health histories
- Develop individualized diagnoses and care plans using clinical expertise
- Implement, monitor, and adjust treatment interventions as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of patient records
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries and manage referral follow-ups
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including primary care providers, psychiatrists, and support services
- Experience: Minimum 12 months of direct patient care experience within the last 3 years
- Licensure: Active California LCSW license (hard copy required)
- Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- ID: Valid Photo ID, Drivers License, or Passport
